You Can Close the Justice Gap

According to LSC’s 2017 Justice Gap Report, 70% of low-income Americans who personally experienced a civil legal problem in the past year reported that the problem “very much” or “severely” affected their lives. And yet, 86% of those Americans won't receive the legal help they need because they can't afford an attorney. That's the justice gap... and it's devastating our most vulnerable populations.

But you can change that.
You can close the justice gap.  You can help your friends and neighbors protect their rights.  Whether they're facing an eviction notice, needing to escape an abusive relationship, or caring for a child with disabilities, you can make a difference in their lives.

You can impact thousands of people by giving them to have access legal information to help them avoid eviction, resolve debt collection harassment, secure caregiver status for a developmentally disabled child, update their name and gender marker on official ID's, file for custody of child, divorce an abusive spouse, and so much more.

For every document downloaded/completed, at least 15 minutes of legal aid attorney time is saved. That's 15 minutes that can be applied to another person in need and with thousands of documents downloaded and completed through tools like Florida Law Help, Florida Name Change, and Turning 18, those small savings equate to more than $1,000,000 in resources in 2018 alone.

You can make a difference.
You can deliver access to justice through technology and change lives!
