Within about two weeks of having your fingerprints taken, your county clerk's office should have received your criminal history records check.  Once they have received your criminal history records check, you will need to contact them directly to schedule your hearing with a judge.

The contact information for your County Clerk of Court is available from our county resources page.  We recommend contacting them three weeks after your fingerprints are taken.  This ensures that they have had time to get your results back from your criminal records check.

How long does it take for the county to receive your criminal history records check?
Your County Clerk of Court will usually have the results of your criminal history records check two weeks after your fingerprints are taken.  We recommend giving them an extra week just to be sure they have been received by the time you call to schedule your hearing.
